My 'IT support' is a ticket number and a week of silence.

Help desk & IT support that actually answers

Real people who already know your setup, on the channels your team actually uses — not an offshore queue that resets every time you ask.

What's included

A named team, not a ticket lottery

You reach people who know your business and your setup — no re-explaining from scratch to a new agent every time.

Answers in plain English

We tell you what happened and what we did, without the jargon or the runaround.

Response times you can hold us to

Real targets, tracked by ticket, not a vague "we'll get to it" — so nothing quietly slips.

Why SupportGeek

A named relationship, not a ticket number. When your team needs help, they get a real person who already knows your setup — backed by a documented process, so it never hinges on one individual being available.

Questions people actually ask

Is this support for my staff, or for my website?
Both — day-to-day technical help for your team and for the systems your business runs on. If it's an IT or website question and it's in our scope, it's exactly what we're here for.
How quickly do you actually respond?
Real service targets, not a vague promise: within 1 hour for anything urgent (existing clients), within 4 hours for a general request.

Estimate the cost

1 hour
1 credit 100 · remote, 1 hour

Estimates the time-based cost. Any fraction of an hour rounds up to a full hour; separate tickets or on-site visits each carry a one-hour minimum.

How credits are counted

For each piece of work you’re charged whichever is highest — time, tickets, or events:

Time
Billed per hour at the rate above; any fraction of an hour rounds up to a full hour.
Tickets
Each separate remote request carries a one-hour minimum — 1 credit at the base rate, before the time-of-day multiplier. Ten small tickets are billed per ticket, not squeezed into one hour.
Events
Each on-site visit carries a one-hour minimum — 2 credits at the base rate. A second visit the same day is a second event.
  • All times are Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4).
  • Credits are purchased in advance.
  • Credits are only used for support that isn’t already included in your package.
